We are looking for a **Fleet Analyst**. **Fleet Analyst Position:** **Responsibilities:** * Expense Control: Monitor all vehicle-related aspects—including preventive maintenance scheduling and route optimization—to reduce costs where necessary. * Report Generation and Data Analysis: Create detailed reports and analyze data to track expenses, identify improvement opportunities, and detect negligence in employee conduct. * Documentation Tracking: Ensure all required documentation—including insurance, licensing, and traffic fines—is up to date. * Maintenance Tracking: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure vehicle availability and driver safety. * Performance Monitoring: Track fleet performance—including mileage and fuel consumption—to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions that reduce operational costs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in Vehicle Maintenance Scheduling. * Analysis of data from vehicle supervision systems. * Experience in Light and Heavy Vehicle Maintenance. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance. **Work Days and Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **Work Location** Nova Lima \- Jardim Canadá.
