Maintaining effective communication with drivers and customers Company: Ghelere Transportes Work Location: Coca\-Cola – Belo Horizonte (BH) **Job Function Description** The Driver's Assistant will support transportation and delivery operations by assisting the driver with daily routines, ensuring organization, safety, and efficiency in the loading and unloading process, as well as providing appropriate customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist the driver with freight deliveries and pickups; * Perform loading and unloading of products, ensuring cargo integrity; * Verify invoices and shipment quantities during delivery; * Support vehicle organization and proper cargo stowage; * Assist with route planning and adherence to delivery schedules; * Maintain good communication with the driver, customers, and internal team; * Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance; * Comply with company safety, health, and internal procedures.
