Job Summary: Bakery attendant responsible for serving customers, maintaining an organized environment, restocking display cases, and assisting with product inventory control, in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Teamwork and customer focus **Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the bakery counter; * Serve bread, cakes, pastries, cold cuts, and other products from the department; * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment; * Restock display cases and islands with available products; * Assist in monitoring product expiration dates and quality; * Operate scales and packaging equipment as needed; * Follow hygiene, food safety, and company procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and approachability when interacting with customers; * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Attention to detail; * Teamwork; * Agility; * Customer focus.
