The role involves in-person customer service, focusing on excellence, courtesy, and efficiency in clarifying inquiries, registering requests, negotiating, and advising on electricity services. Responsibilities: Provide in-person customer service. Clarify questions regarding bills, consumption, power outages and reconnections, duplicate bills, and other CEMIG services; Redirect requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average service time, and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements: Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Previous experience in customer service.
