Space to take on responsibilities and contribute to the team JOB OPENING: ASSISTANT MANAGER / SUPERVISOR – BAKERY AND CAFETERIA We are looking for a responsible, organized, and leadership-oriented individual to support our store’s daily operations and help maintain high-quality standards. Salary: R$ 2.000,00 Bonus: up to R$ 200,00 based on performance Extras: Overtime when necessary (agreed upon in advance) Main Responsibilities: * Support daily store operations (opening and closing procedures) * Supervise and guide the team on a daily basis (customer service and kitchen operations) * Assist with customer service * Verify orders (counter and delivery) * Support inventory control and product restocking * Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and standards * Help resolve daily operational issues * Provide coverage in the store manager’s absence * Train staff and deliver feedback What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in the field (cafeteria, bakery, restaurant, or retail) * Agility and proactivity * Strong communication skills * Organizational ability and sense of responsibility * Ability to work effectively with teams * Flexible availability Requirements: * Reside in the Barreiro region or have easy access to it Advantages: * Valid driver’s license (CNH) * Experience with delivery platforms (iFood, WhatsApp, etc.) * Basic knowledge of inventory and organization Benefits: * Birthday day off * Discount on store products About the Position: You will work closely with company management, with ample opportunity to learn, develop, and grow.
