This recognition reflects our commitment to our employees’ well-being and our relentless pursuit of excellence and impact in everything we do. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES:** * Lead and continuously improve the Performance Evaluation cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and supporting decision-making; * Conduct training needs assessments (TNA/TND) based on performance indicators, competency gaps, and business objectives; * Plan, design, and implement development programs, monitor effectiveness metrics, and propose continuous improvements; * Support the Onboarding process by designing and delivering integration pathways that foster engagement, reinforce organizational culture, and accelerate new hires’ performance; * Manage the Offboarding process, including exit interviews, data analysis, and generating insights to improve employee retention and organizational climate; * Strategically support internal marketing (Endomarketing) initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, engagement, and internal communication; * Participate in the Organizational Climate Survey, from deployment through results analysis and action plan implementation; * Monitor and analyze Training & Development (T&D) metrics, proposing initiatives that drive organizational development and enhance employee experience. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Solid experience in Training & Development, including needs diagnosis, planning, and evaluation of initiatives; * Experience implementing development programs, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives; * Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and generate strategic insights; * Excellent communication skills, systemic vision, and ability to collaborate effectively across different business areas. **BENEFITS:** * Amil health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Meal/food allowance via Caju card; * Transportation allowance via Caju card; * Gympass; * Corporate university; * Extended paternity leave, including for adoptive fathers; * Emotional wellness program with 40% discount; * Human-centered and collaborative culture.
