**About the position** We are seeking a professional to strategically and operationally contribute to the design of training programs, competency development, and organizational culture strengthening. **100% IN-PERSON** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and implement training and development programs. * Conduct training needs assessments, define content and methodologies. * Develop instructional materials: presentations, manuals, videos, and e\-learning. * Administer knowledge assessments and monitor training effectiveness indicators. * Plan and coordinate internal training sessions, including logistics and infrastructure. * Administer learning management systems (e\-learning). * Deliver onboarding and organizational culture training. * Conduct individual follow-ups, provide feedback, and carry out coaching activities. * Support performance evaluation processes and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). * Implement leadership development initiatives and support succession planning programs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor's degree in: + Human Resources Management + Business Administration + Psychology * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in People Management, Organizational Psychology, or Training & Development. **Experience** * Minimum of **2** **years** of experience in Training & Development. * Experience with e\-learning platforms, performance evaluations, and development path creation. **Technical Knowledge** * Training content development. * Training needs analysis. * Training & Development indicators and metrics. * Learning management system administration.
