**Main responsibilities:** * Full payroll processing, including onboarding, terminations, vacation, and the 13th salary; * Calculation and submission of labor-related contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); * Submission of ancillary obligations: eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, DIRF, RAIS; * Client support to clarify labor and social security-related questions; * Time tracking, overtime bank management, and benefits administration; * Updating employee records and maintaining personnel files; * Support during labor audits and inspections; * Monitoring collective bargaining agreements and legal updates. **Required qualifications:** * Proficiency in the Domínio system; * Ability to manage multiple clients and concurrent tasks; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Expertise in eSocial and standard labor procedures; * Currently pursuing or completed technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in HR departments of construction companies; * Experience providing consultative client support; * Continuing education courses in HR or labor legislation; * Prior experience in an accounting firm.
