Prior experience in payroll department routines is required, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll calculation, payroll closing, 13th salary, pro-labore, analysis of union affiliation, calculation and filing of applicable taxes, submission of ancillary obligations such as DCTFWeb, eSocial, and SEFIP, monitoring of relevant labor legislation and regulations, and customer service.
