Join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational positions and support administrative vacancies, including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate outreach, interviews, and feedback; * Administer and grade psychological assessments for candidates; * Manage follow-up communications with selected candidates after approval in the selection process; * Support the development of HR metrics; * Support the employee performance management process; * Support the company’s internal climate survey process; * Ensure implementation of the new employee mentoring program; * Generate vacancy tracking reports for management; * Support activities relevant to the HR department. **Requirements and qualifications** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in recruitment and selection; * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional information** * Salary: BRL 2,283.16 * Meal allowance; * Fuel allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental plan; * Group life insurance; * University tuition discounts; * Salary advance; * Transportation allowance.
