




Description: * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant is desirable. While assigned to the Management Department: * Draft internal notification letters and billing notices for services provided by physicians and external examinations; * Verify office supply inventory levels and request replenishment according to identified needs and in coordination with the immediate supervisor; * Cancel internal examinations in the Hospital Information System (SGH), per instructions from the immediate supervisor; * Verify completion, register, and forward high-cost examination reports to the internal scheduling department at the Diagnostic and Treatment Center (CDT); * Register and forward internal notifications and documents from the CDT Management Department to departments including Billing, Finance, and Human Resources, among others; * Retrieve office supplies, radiology films, and other materials, storing and/or distributing them to fulfill requests from respective departments and management; * Collect and deliver Procedure Authorization Forms (APAC) from the Primary Care Unit (PAM), as requested by involved professionals; * Deliver documents—including Supplementary Health Insurance (HSL) invoices and external SUS invoices (billing)—in response to requests made by involved professionals; * Receive requests for appointment cancellations or physician notifications regarding scheduling, forwarding them to management per established guidelines and procedures. 2511300202181357746
