Assist in complex customer negotiations. Prepare basic team performance reports, communicating results and challenges to coordination/management. Contribute to team motivation and engagement, ensuring discipline and focus on results. **Technical Requirements** Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields is desirable). Prior experience as a team leader in collections or similar roles. Knowledge of negotiation and credit recovery techniques. Experience with tracking and reporting tools (Excel, ERP, CRM).
