Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to negotiate debts from delinquent customers, monitor records, provide guidance, and collaborate with teams to resolve collection-related issues. Join us and be part of an incredible journey! **Responsibilities** * Make proactive calls using an automatic dialer and/or send messages to delinquent customers to negotiate debt settlement in a friendly and efficient manner. * Monitor and update debtor account records, ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date. * Provide clear information and guidance to customers regarding available payment options and renegotiation plans. * Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, including payment agreements and payment commitments. * Collaborate with other teams, such as Finance and Legal departments, when necessary, to resolve complex collection issues. * Foster a positive relationship with customers, promoting trust and loyalty—even during collection activities. * Monitor compliance with agreed-upon terms, verifying payments made and taking necessary actions in case of non-compliance. **Qualifications** * Experience in real estate collections (preferred); * Experience using dialers (preferred); **Additional Information:** * Availability for on-site work in Belo Horizonte, 44 hours per week: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00 (on-site) Friday, 09:00–18:00 (remote) Saturday, 09:00–13:00 (4 hours, remote). **Want to know what awaits you at CredAluga?
