Restock merchandise, iron/uncrease garments, clean and organize the assigned area, ensuring an attractive environment for customers. Provide guidance to cashiers to complete sales transactions. Deliver customer service, including in-person and online sales. Execute after-sales activities, manage exchanges, and contribute to customer loyalty initiatives. Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and create individual action plans to achieve targets. Act as a fashion consultant, selecting style options, outfits, and personalized adjustments for customers. Contribute to sales generation through fitting room assistance, delivering a differentiated experience. Receive and verify merchandise efficiently, ensuring process accuracy. Assist with store inventory, in accordance with requirements and requests from the responsible department. Support other suppliers whenever necessary, fostering a collaborative environment. Apply sales argumentation techniques and handle customer objections. Resolve issues related to exchanges and customer service, or escalate to supervisors when required.
