Help us deliver better hospitals for more Brazilians!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive purchased items; inspect received items; enter the invoice (NF) into the system; pick requested items; Record picked items in the system, deliver requested items according to POP and immediate supervisor’s instructions; Perform stock control, expiration date tracking, storage, and organization; Distribute batches of materials and medications according to medical prescriptions or hospital users’ requests (for materials); Process consumption requests from inpatient units and Intensive Care Unit, as well as emergency cart replenishment requests; Audit decentralized hospital stock; Assemble and dispense kits; Return diverse products with proper documentation of handling in the system; Perform rotating stock counts; Distribute products to established decentralized hospital stock locations (electronic dispensers, stop carts, administrative departments, directorates, satellite pharmacy in the surgical block, satellite linen rooms, etc); Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness; Assist with general routines as directed by your immediate supervisor; Dispense items without prior system requisition only in urgent cases where registration is impossible—due to system failure or lack of access—provided the requester is an identified staff member from the requesting department, with documented protocol and entry in the reporting log for subsequent system entry. **Requirements and Qualifications** **– Required:** Completed high school education; Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong communication skills; Commitment, agility, and attention to detail; **Availability to work on a 12×36 daytime shift schedule**; **Availability to work across various hospital service areas, including Central Warehouse, Central Pharmacy, and Surgical Block Pharmacy**; Ability to work effectively in teams and build interpersonal relationships; Ability to thrive in dynamic environments requiring proactivity, organization, and multitasking capability.
