Job Summary: Kitchen assistant responsible for the entire meal production process, from pre-preparation to sanitation and workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Perform sanitation in accordance with food safety standards We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant who will assist in the entire meal production process—from raw material pre-preparation, assistance in cooking, to sanitation and workplace organization. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning, and organizing supplies); * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment; * Perform sanitation of food, countertops, and work areas, following food safety standards; Requirements: * Completed elementary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in hospital food service and/or industrial kitchen is desirable.
