Job Summary: A restaurant in Nova Lima is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for tasks including sanitation, food cutting, dish plating, as well as inventory organization and kitchen cleaning. Organize the kitchen's inventory of supplies The restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Nova Lima (Vila da Serra). **Responsibilities:** Perform food sanitation and cutting according to the chef's instructions. Assist in plating dishes, following defined presentation standards. Organize the kitchen's inventory of supplies, correctly identifying and storing products. Maintain organization and cleanliness of workstations and used utensils. Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position.
