Duties include cleaning and organizing work areas, maintaining utensils and equipment, and assisting with food preparation in accordance with established technical specifications. **Detailed Activity Description:** * Monitor and identify foods to be refrigerated or frozen, applying proper labeling; * Report any irregularities found in ingredients to the Head Chef; * Keep the kitchen, utensils, and equipment clean and organized, meeting sanitary inspection requirements; * Prevent waste and strictly follow good hygiene and food handling practices; * Wear uniform, hairnet, and personal protective equipment correctly during working hours; * Contribute to controlling COGS (Cost of Goods Sold); * Assist in food production and plating as directed by the kitchen team. **Working Hours:** * 07:00 to 15:20 — Rotating schedule (6 days on, 1 day off) **Benefits:** * Medical assistance (employer covers 50% of employee’s monthly premium, with co-payment deducted from payroll); * Dental assistance (at no cost to the employee); * Fuel allowance **or** transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost to the employee); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Compensation** * Fixed salary: **R$ 1.861,24 per month**; * Average commission: **R$ 500.00 per month**; * Potential for additional earnings based on performance Employment Type: Permanent CLT
