Contributing to process and menu improvements **Job Description:** We are looking for a skilled and experienced chef to join our kitchen team. We seek a professional who is committed, technically proficient, agile, and passionate about gastronomy—capable of maintaining the quality standard of our dishes and contributing to improvements in processes and the menu. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes according to the established menu, adhering to quality, presentation, and flavor standards. * Manage timing and organization across workstations. * Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment and utensils. * Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and good kitchen practices (in compliance with ANVISA regulations). * Monitor inventory and food storage conditions. * Follow technical sheets and assist in developing new dishes. * Collaborate effectively with the team, demonstrating respect, proactivity, and strong communication skills. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a technical course in gastronomy or professional cooking is desirable). * Proven experience in this role (minimum of 2 years). * Knowledge of technical sheets, safe food handling, and culinary techniques. * Proficiency in knife skills, cooking methods, sauces, and dish plating. * Agility, organization, discipline, and strong interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial kitchens, gourmet establishments, or high-end restaurants. * Knowledge of international cuisines or specialized cuisines (e.g., Italian, Japanese, vegetarian, etc.). * Certification in safe food handling practices. **Work Schedule:** 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM. 5 days per week. **Benefits:** On-site meal Transportation allowance Medical assistance Bonus.
