Teamwork and proactivity **Job Description:** We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. We seek a committed professional with strong technical skills, agility, and passion for gastronomy — someone able to uphold the quality standards of our dishes and contribute to process improvements and menu development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes according to the established menu, adhering to quality, presentation, and taste standards. * Manage timing and organization across workstations. * Handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely and efficiently. * Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and good kitchen practices (in compliance with ANVISA regulations). * Monitor inventory and proper food storage. * Follow technical specifications and assist in developing new dishes. * Collaborate with the team respectfully, proactively, and with effective communication. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical training in gastronomy or professional cooking is preferred). * Proven experience in this role (minimum of 2 years). * Knowledge of technical specifications, safe food handling, and culinary techniques. * Proficiency in knife skills, cooking methods, sauces, and plating. * Agility, organization, discipline, and strong interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial kitchens, gourmet establishments, or high-end restaurants. * Knowledge of international cuisines or specialized cuisines (e.g., Italian, Japanese, vegetarian, etc.). * Certification in food safety and handling practices. **Schedule:** 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM. 5 days per week. **Benefits:** On-site meal Transportation allowance Medical assistance Bonus.
