We seek a committed professional with strong technical knowledge, agility, and passion for gastronomy—capable of maintaining the quality standards of our dishes and contributing to process and menu improvements. Responsibilities: * Prepare dishes according to the established menu, adhering to quality, presentation, and flavor standards. * Manage time and organization across workstations. * Operate kitchen equipment and utensils safely and efficiently. * Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and good kitchen practices. * Monitor inventory and ensure proper food storage. * Follow technical sheets and assist in developing new dishes. * Work collaboratively with respect, proactivity, and effective communication. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical training in gastronomy or professional cooking is preferred). * Proven experience in this role (minimum 2 years). * Knowledge of technical sheets, safe food handling, and culinary techniques. * Proficiency in knife skills, cooking methods, sauces, and plating. * Agility, organization, discipline, and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in gourmet kitchens or high-end restaurants. * Knowledge of international cuisines or specialized cooking (e.g., Italian, Japanese, vegetarian, etc.). * Certification in safe food handling practices.
