Responsibilities and duties: * Operate concrete mixer to produce concrete or mortar, following technical and safety specifications; * Ensure that the mixing process is carried out efficiently and safely, maintaining product quality; * Start the concrete mixer to blend materials such as cement, sand, water, and additives according to project proportions and specifications; * Adjust mixing time and equipment speed to ensure that concrete or mortar achieves the appropriate consistency; * Monitor production to guarantee uniform mixing of concrete and compliance with required standards for each construction phase; * Organize and prepare materials to be used in mixing—such as cement, sand, and gravel—according to project requirements; * Clean the concrete mixer after use, ensuring complete removal of residues to prevent contamination in subsequent production; * Conduct consistency tests, such as the slump test, to verify concrete quality; * Adjust the mixture as needed per project requirements, aiming to meet concrete strength and durability specifications; * Strictly comply with safety regulations (NR\-18 and NR\-12) and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (gloves, helmet, ear protection, safety goggles); * Perform daily inspections of the concrete mixer to identify preventive maintenance needs and report any equipment failure or wear; * Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage and facilitate access during concrete production; * Assist in transporting concrete or mortar to the construction site using wheelbarrows, buckets, or other suitable means. Requirements and qualifications: * Elementary education; * Experience in this role; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Good interpersonal communication.
