Job Summary: Coordinates cleaning and maintenance teams, managing activities, inventory, and staff development to maintain environments and assets. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor work execution and provide technical guidance * Coordinate cleaning, pantry, and maintenance teams, assigning tasks and defining shifts to ensure personnel availability according to schedule and operational demands; * Support the team in cleaning internal and external company areas using cleaning tools, equipment, and products, adhering to occupational safety regulations to ensure cleanliness and preservation of spaces and unit assets; * Dilute cleaning products following the technical dilution specifications, ensuring product availability and quality; * Control cleaning product inventory, notifying the warehouse of replenishment needs and keeping items organized and secure; * Monitor execution of assigned tasks, overseeing critical cases, providing technical guidance to the team, and validating task completion; * Manage people by implementing company Human Resources policies, participating in recruitment, training and developing the team, guiding and monitoring IDPs (Individual Development Plans), adjusting and recognizing performance; * Perform related duties as requested by the Immediate Supervisor.
