




Job Summary: Cleaning Supervisor to supervise and train teams, manage cleaning equipment, and promote improvements in hospital cleaning routines. Key Highlights: 1. Inspect facilities and suggest standardization improvements **JOB OPENING** **CLEANING SUPERVISOR** **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage cleaning equipment and machines; * Assign daily tasks to general services assistants; * Routinely inspect all hospital areas, supervising and guiding general services assistants and glass cleaners; * Propose improvements to technical routine standardization in coordination with management; * Monitor general services assistants’ performance and provide continuous feedback; * Continuously conduct practical and theoretical training for general services assistants and glass cleaners; * Attend meetings. **Requirements:** * High school diploma, officially registered; * Knowledge of hospital cleaning; * Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and materials; * Basic computer skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with bed management via system.
