We are seeking a professional to serve as an assistant, supporting daily activities, substituting the lead teacher whenever necessary, and engaging fully in all processes proposed by the institution. Assist the Elementary School Teacher, occasionally substituting for them, and support classroom instruction while actively participating in the institution's entire pedagogical process. **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy or English Language Teaching.** **Experience:** **Knowledge/Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate English proficiency; u Substitute elementary school teachers as needed, ensuring continuity of scheduled activities while adhering strictly to class schedules and the pedagogical content established by the institution; u Provide support and assistance to parents, students, teachers, and other staff members according to responsibilities assigned to this role; u Assist with student reception and dismissal at the beginning and end of classes, or during irregular entry/exit times when required; u Support students and teachers by preparing and providing necessary teaching materials for planned activities; u Assist students with basic hygiene and cleanliness needs, facilitating access to and guiding use of school resources and facilities; u Support elementary school teachers during classroom and other school-based activities, assisting in the implementation of educational and recreational activities; u Monitor student behavior in the playground, cafeteria, restrooms, and during class breaks, ensuring compliance with school rules and acting as a liaison between students and coordination when necessary; u Welcome parents/guardians and other visitors during school events, celebrations, and assessment days; u Participate in meetings with other unit staff to share current results and challenges within the area and contribute to proposing actions and activities aligned with the pedagogical project; u Create teaching situations that foster cooperation, unity, organization, and collaborative problem-solving; u Be responsible for supervising students during extracurricular activities such as field trips, technical visits, and other activities held at partner or hosting institutions; u Provide students with an organized environment featuring well-arranged spaces and materials that encourage challenges and diverse forms of childhood expression—enhancing their communication through various languages, movement, imagination, creativity, emotions, socialization, autonomy, world knowledge, thinking, and feelings; u Participate in and support institutional events alongside students, arranging necessary resources for activity implementation and ensuring smooth event execution; u Serve the public (internal and external) courteously and professionally—receiving, informing, and guiding individuals to deliver comprehensive and differentiated service; u Carry out tasks according to instructions and service priorities set by the immediate supervisor, complying with institutional norms and procedures with quality and safety; u Maintain equipment, instruments, assets, and consumable materials entrusted to you, requesting maintenance, repairs, or replacements from relevant departments as needed; u Keep the workplace clean and organized, disposing of activity-generated waste in appropriate containers and locations, preserving occupational health and environmental standards; u Comply with workplace safety regulations, using personal and collective protective equipment; u Support the immediate supervisor in matters related to your area of responsibility, reporting and discussing problems or irregularities to help define appropriate procedures and actions; u Perform other related duties as requested.
