Job Summary: This role involves quantity surveying for budgeting, preparation of budget documents, and procurement of construction material quotations for building projects. Key Highlights: 1. Procurement of construction material quotations **Responsibilities:** Conduct quantity surveying for budget preparation using AutoCAD, printed drawings, and spreadsheets to determine the required quantities of materials, services, and labor for Novolar's projects. Prepare budget documents by compiling all information generated by the department. Procure construction material quotations, taking into account the project’s location, and provide necessary information to the Procurement, Technical Management, and Construction departments, ensuring data accuracy as the basis for decision-making and budget execution. Prepare finish consideration drawings for budgeted items for validation by management. **Education:** Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Production Engineering **Location:** Belvedere. **Work Mode:** On-site
