Job Summary: Professional to support the management and execution of civil construction projects, conducting feasibility studies and assisting in the contracting of construction works and services. Key Highlights: 1. Support in management and execution of civil construction projects 2. Conducting technical and economic feasibility studies 3. Preparation of documentation and technical assistance for construction works **Main Responsibilities:** Support the management, control, execution, and analysis of renovation and civil construction projects; Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, including budget and physical schedule preparation; Assist in preparing documentation and providing technical assistance for the contracting of construction works and services; Collect and analyze data to prepare production and quality reports and indicators; Monitor activities performed by operational workers and prepare service measurement reports. **Requirements:** Completed technical education \- Courses: Technical Course in Building Construction, Technical Course in Civil Construction, Technical Course in Civil Engineering, Technical Course in Construction Planning; Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD drawings; 6 months of experience in the described activities, verified via official letterhead document or work record book. **Desirable:** Proficiency in Microsoft Project. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
