**Position: Civil Engineer – Pavement Experience Required** **Job Description:** We are seeking a Civil Engineer with proven experience in paving works to plan, execute and technically supervise projects. The professional will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to established deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor asphalt or concrete paving works. * Prepare and review technical reports, measurements, and quality controls. * Perform service planning, schedule control, and team management. * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. * Guide field teams on execution procedures. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering with active CREA registration. * Proven experience in paving projects (asphalt and/or concrete). * Knowledge of earthwork, base/sub\-base, and laboratory tests will be an advantage. * Proficiency in reading project plans and schedule management.
