Job Summary:
A quality technician responsible for optimizing hospital processes, ensuring compliance with quality management systems, and training teams.

Education: Technical course in quality
Knowledge of quality management systems.
Responsibilities: Use tools to solve problems and thereby improve processes within the hospital; Guide staff on work processes, deadlines for procedure execution, and identified nonconformities; Plan quality systems, develop effective manuals and work instructions, and implement them; Assist coordinators and managers in standardizing work processes; Collaborate with coordinators and managers to identify their processes, indicators, and goals, analyze root causes, and propose solutions to failures using appropriate methods and tools; Review standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and implement quality management systems such as ISO 9001; Monitor performance indicators and train teams on quality practices; Analyze, consolidate, and report nonconformities; Track departmental action plans and advise on adjustments to deliverables; Conduct internal and external audits, prepare and distribute audit documents and checklists specifying what must be audited, and complete relevant forms.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM
