Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and agile Sushi Assistant to assist with food pre-preparation, dish assembly, and kitchen organization, adhering to hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Values proactivity and agility **Position: Sushi Assistant** **Location:** Buritis, Santa Efigênia, and Santa Amélia – Belo Horizonte/MG **Work Schedule:** 12x36 shift, from 10:45 AM to 10:45 PM; or 6x1 shift, from 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM, with one weekly day off and one Sunday per month. **Starting Salary:** BRL 1.621,00, with adjustment after the probationary period. **Main Responsibilities:** Pre\-prepare food (thawing, seasoning, marinating, cooking, etc.); Assist in dish assembly and buffet item replenishment; Process food (cutting, chopping, slicing, grinding); Set up the workstation (""mise\-en\-place""), organizing ingredients and utensils; Check food quality and expiration dates; Minimize contamination risks by following hygiene standards; Prepare and sanitize the work area and utensils; Organize tasks and control waste. **Requirements:** Desirable experience handling food; Knowledge of good food handling practices; Proactive, agile, responsible profile that values teamwork; Interest in developing skills in the culinary field; Commitment and discipline; Ability to follow procedures and operational routines. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; Meals provided at the workplace; Monthly attendance and punctuality bonus; Career development plan; Health and dental insurance (after 3 months).
