Supervision and guidance of kitchen assistant staff Job Description: · Prepare and cook meals according to the established menu, adhering to culinary techniques and food hygiene and safety standards; · Receive and inspect ingredients and materials required for meal preparation, verifying product quality and expiration dates; · Sanitize and cut food items following food handling and preparation standards; · Manage kitchen food and supply inventory, recording product and material inflows and outflows; · Assist in menu planning and recipe development to improve meal quality and customer satisfaction; · Clean and organize the kitchen and equipment, ensuring their maintenance and preservation; · Supervise and guide kitchen assistant staff, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with operational norms and procedures; · Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
