




**Responsibilities:** * Responsible for structuring the Quality Management System documentation to comply with applicable standards, standardizing processes, conducting performance measurements, preparing spreadsheets and reports, and developing result analyses—contributing to the Company achieving the highest level of excellence in processes and customer satisfaction; * Control nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions—from registration through effectiveness verification; * Monitor and periodically review system processes and documents (policies, procedures, instructions, forms, etc.), ensuring they remain up-to-date and compliant; * Promote continuous improvement through data analysis, identification of opportunities, and dissemination of best practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Quality Management, or Engineering; * Specific courses such as Internal Auditor and ISO 9001:2015 Standard Interpretation, quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, Pareto, among others), process mapping and modeling, and performance indicators (KPIs); * Practical experience in certification management and control (document management, nonconformities, and audits); process mapping and control; * Advanced Office skills. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of electronic document management systems and BI will be a differentiator. Postgraduate degree in Quality Management, Integrated Systems, or related fields.
