Job Summary: Senior Process Analyst to map, analyze, and redesign processes, proposing operational efficiency improvements and ensuring compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical thinking and end-to-end systemic process vision We are seeking a Senior Process Analyst to work autonomously in mapping, analyzing, and redesigning processes (AS IS/TO BE), proposing operational efficiency improvements. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- Map, analyze, and redesign processes using BPM (AS IS/TO BE), identifying bottlenecks, operational risks, and improvement opportunities Develop and standardize process documentation (SOPs, RACI, SIPOC, flowcharts) Conduct interviews and workshops with business and technology teams for process discovery and validation Support technology squads in specifying solutions Define and monitor process performance indicators (KPIs) Ensure process compliance with standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen) Technical Requirements and Qualifications (Hard Skills) Minimum 2–4 years of experience in process analysis/management, BPM, or continuous improvement Proficiency in BPMN and modeling tools (Bizagi, ARIS, Miro, Visio) Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen) Advanced Excel/Google Sheets Experience in fast-growing companies or organizations with high operational complexity Experience with process performance indicators (KPIs) and BI tools (Power BI) is a plus Basic knowledge of process automation (RPA) is a plus Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus Behavioral Competencies (Soft and Power Skills) Analytical thinking and end-to-end systemic process vision Assertive communication with both technical and non-technical audiences Autonomy to conduct analyses and propose process redesigns Owner mindset, proactively anticipating operational risks Facilitation of multidisciplinary workshops and meetings Teamwork: co-creating solutions with business areas—not working in isolation—understanding that a good process is one built together with its users.
