We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. * Plan, coordinate, and control schedules for complex projects and construction works, using planning tools (MS Project, Power BI, etc.). * + Conduct physical-financial performance analyses of contracts, assess deviations, and implement corrective action plans. + Support executive management in decision-making through analytical reports and performance indicator dashboards (KPIs). + Coordinate integration among planning, procurement, engineering, safety, and environmental departments, ensuring strategic alignment of projects. + Perform schedule risk analyses and propose preventive measures to mitigate impacts on timelines and costs. + Develop and review project scopes, time estimates, resource requirements, and budgets for multidisciplinary projects. + Consolidate information from various disciplines and generate technical and managerial reports for senior leadership. + Provide technical support to proposal and budgeting teams in developing baseline schedules and productivity estimates. + Promote continuous improvement of planning processes by suggesting and implementing best practices and methodologies (PMI, Lean, Agile, etc.). + Serve as a technical reference and mentor for junior and mid-level analysts, disseminating knowledge and excellence practices in project management.
