Pneuzão, a leading company in its segment, is seeking a Senior Administrative and Financial Analyst with experience to join its team in Curitiba. The professional will be responsible for overseeing treasury routines and supporting financial management, ensuring security, compliance, and strategic alignment with the company’s objectives. **Job Responsibilities** Perform accounts payable and receivable control, including invoice entries, due date tracking, collections, bank-based payments, card and bill reconciliations, and write-offs. Prepare financial control reports, financial statements, and performance indicators to support decision-making. Organize, verify, and forward accounting documents, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Provide administrative and financial support to other departments, ensuring proper information flow and integration of internal processes. Assist in developing strategies and monitoring financial results, contributing to corporate budget planning and control. Support the administrative department in document control and organization, fixed asset management, and execution of other operational support tasks. **Requirements** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Business Administration**, **Accounting**, or related fields. Prior experience in financial operations, preferably at the senior level, with strong expertise in accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial report preparation. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and familiarity with Power BI, as well as experience with ERP systems and banking platforms. Analytical capability to conduct precise reviews and identify inconsistencies, trends, or opportunities for improvement in financial processes. Ability to communicate information clearly, objectively, and collaboratively while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. Strong aptitude for interpreting financial data and proposing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and economic stability.
