We are looking for a professional to assume the position of **Senior Data Analyst**, acting as an analytical partner to business areas, ensuring that relevant questions are answered with consistent data, well-structured analyses, and clear communication. **Your main responsibilities will be:** Conduct exploratory, diagnostic, and explanatory analyses, identifying patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities; Support decision-making through business-oriented insights, connecting data to practical actions; Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses for areas such as Finance, RevOps, Product, and Executive Leadership; Formulate hypotheses, define tracking metrics, and evaluate outcomes; Create and maintain executive dashboards and reports, ensuring clarity, consistency, and conceptual alignment; Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to define and monitor KPIs and business metrics; Ensure analyses and visualizations accurately reflect official data and analytical models; Support executive presentations by translating data into clear narratives; Validate analytical results, identifying inconsistencies and aligning concepts with technical teams; Document analyses, metrics, and assumptions, contributing to standardization and reuse; Use the governed analytics layer as the foundation for analyses and dashboards; Support the continuous evolution of the company’s analytical solutions. **For this position, we expect you to have:** Solid experience in Data Analysis or BI, working within complex business contexts; Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and exploration; Experience with visualization and BI tools such as Power BI or similar; Strong analytical capability, with skills to structure problems and generate actionable insights; Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders; Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and business metrics; An organized, proactive profile with a strong sense of ownership and impact focus; A degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. **It would be a plus if you have:** Experience in SaaS companies or fast-growing environments; Familiarity with business metrics and executive indicators; Ability to act as an analytical partner to strategic business areas; Experience in data storytelling and executive presentations; Prior experience serving as a technical reference or mentor to other analysts. **Still unsure whether Sólides is the right place for you?
