Team driven by passion for transformation and innovation * Modera Engenharia works to maintain a partnership-based relationship with its clients—flexible, high-quality deliverables, utilizing innovative and agile methodologies—ensuring safety and compliance with product and client requirements, pursuing sustainability and results for both the company and its clients. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the company’s and consortia’s financial and operational performance, preparing management reports, budgets (budget), and forecasts (forecast). * This professional ensures accounting compliance, conducts tax and fiscal analysis of billing invoices, and supports senior management’s strategic decision-making through data analysis—requiring strong Excel proficiency, ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS/RM), and analytical skills. * Key Responsibilities: * Budgeting and Control: Develop, monitor, and execute budgetary control, identifying variances between planned and actual results. * Month-End Closing and Reporting: Perform monthly closing, including account reconciliations, cost allocations, and inventory valuation. * Data Analysis: Create dashboards and management reports (KPIs) to support senior management. * Strategic Support: Design financial scenarios and propose corrective actions to improve process efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and ERP systems (TOTVS). * **Competencies:** Analytical mindset, proactivity, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in teams. **Additional Information** * Opportunity for professional development and continuous learning. * Collaborative and innovative environment. * Market-competitive salary. * Benefits including health insurance, transportation allowance, and meal vouchers.
