Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Analyst with an analytical mindset and product vision to ensure software quality and stability, enhance testing processes, and contribute to user experience. Actively participate in agile ceremonies We are looking for a Systems Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and product vision to guarantee the quality and stability of software deliveries. This person will be responsible for designing, executing, and evolving testing processes, directly contributing to technical excellence and user experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and execute **functional, regression, and exploratory tests**; * Create and maintain **test scripts (test cases)** aligned with user stories; * Support the development team in **identifying and reproducing bugs**; * Actively participate in **agile ceremonies** (planning, review, daily stand-up, retrospective); * Ensure deliveries meet **acceptance criteria and business requirements**; * Contribute to the **continuous improvement of quality processes** and test automation; * Monitor quality metrics and propose preventive actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with **manual and automated software testing**; * Knowledge of **test management tools** (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr or similar); * Familiarity with **agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)**; * Analytical ability and clear communication with technical and product teams; * Desired knowledge of **test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Postman, etc.)**; * Desired understanding of **APIs, databases, and version control (Git)**. **Additional Information** **Additional Information** -------------------------- * Experience with **CI/CD** and integration of automated tests into pipelines; * QA certification (e.g., ISTQB) or equivalent; * Experience with performance and security testing; * Experience in a **SaaS or Fintech** environment *(adjust according to your segment)*. * Attention to detail and error-prevention mindset; * Technical curiosity and willingness to learn; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Commitment to quality and user experience. **Seg Imob** was founded with the mission of transforming and innovating the real estate market by offering intelligent and secure solutions to ensure peace of mind for real estate agencies, brokers, and tenants.
