Soditech is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Lead BCI (Body/Chassis/Interiors) area projects, ensuring technical and budgetary performance. Plan and monitor schedules, resources, scope, and deliverables for vehicle programs, managing changes, validation plans, and performance convergence. Interface with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, identifying risks, proposing solutions, and ensuring technical and quality compliance. Conduct technical negotiations and support project strategic decisions. Ensure delivery of all deliverables on time and within established targets. Support continuous improvement of automotive engineering processes and methodologies. Previous experience as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Leader, or Project Facilitator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
