The **PMO** team requires a **Senior Planning Analyst**, who will be responsible for project planning and control, guiding project teams and technical coordination regarding established deadlines, delivery scheduling, document list tracking, schedules, and internal and client-related pending items. Key responsibilities include: * Study project measurement criteria, deadlines, and deliverables, as well as the QQP (Quantities and Prices Schedule), to convene the internal project kick-off meeting. * Monitor monthly physical progress of projects, supported by the company’s integrated project platform and individual and consolidated project schedules. * Develop the project’s initial schedule jointly with the Project Coordinator and Planning, establishing the baseline for deliveries in the schedule and the company’s project platform. * Monitor delivery deadline re-scheduling and its impact on the project’s economic scenario, together with the Project Coordinator. * Develop project schedules using MS Project, WBSs, document lists, and other standard tools to define timelines and execution phases. * Create project schedules, guiding and ensuring all involved departments are aware of established execution phases and deadlines. * Conduct the project kickoff meeting, inviting relevant stakeholders for initial planning, completing the checklist to establish expense billing criteria, logistics, need for subcontracted services, staff mobilization, and other clarifications—aiming for physical-economic planning. * Monitor delivery deadline re-scheduling and communicate updates to project coordination and measurement teams. * Support measurement activities and track approval of measurements for invoicing issuance. * Support project economic monitoring and assess the need for scope, timeline, value, or line reallocation amendments, communicating required adjustments in project execution to relevant departments. * Draft project meeting minutes and upload them to UNION, as well as other minutes prepared by other project team members. * Prepare Contract Representative Appointment Documents, appointing the RT (Responsible Technical) for the project to meet client requirements. * Manage project documentation, tracking pending items in the document flow via the project’s BI (Business Intelligence) files, and guiding responsible parties on necessary actions and decisions. * Ensure issuance of the final version of all project documentation, preparation of project closure documents, and request appropriate signatures from responsible parties (DF\+ Engenharia and client), thereby formally closing the project with the client. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite). * Experience in planning activities within mining and/or sanitation sectors. * Basic knowledge of MS Project. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication and expression abilities, with a collaborative mindset. * Interest in continuous learning and achievement, dedication, and proactivity (growth mindset). Preferred Qualifications: * Education in Project Management, Cost Management, Finance, or Data Engineering. * Advanced knowledge of MS Project. * Advanced knowledge of Word. * Advanced knowledge of Excel. * Familiarity with additional project management software and tools is desirable.
