




**Main Responsibilities:** * Provide Level 2 support to users of the TOTVS RM system * Assist with configuration and maintenance of modules: Finance, Accounting, HR, and Projects * Generate basic reports * Participate in testing and validation of new functionalities * Update technical documentation and user manuals * Continuously learn about RM modules: Labore, Backoffice, and TCOP **Requirements:** * Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields * Basic knowledge of programming logic and SQL * Familiarity with business processes (Finance, HR, Accounting) * Experience with ERP systems (TOTVS RM) is desirable Job Type: Part-time, Internship Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
