Optimization of business processes through technological solutions Job Mission Strategically act as the bridge between technology (systems) and business areas, translating operational needs into effective technological solutions. Responsibilities * Implement, integrate, and maintain/evolve systems, with strong focus on areas such as: commercial, contracts, real estate credit, finance, and accounting; * Serve as the functional owner for system projects and requests, from requirements gathering through solution delivery; * Develop and implement technological solutions that optimize business processes; * Conduct usability and quality testing to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions; * Document process flows, system configurations, and operational manuals; * Apply advanced data analysis techniques to support strategic decision-making; * Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex IT issues; * Train and guide end users on new technologies and best practices; * Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, systems, and projects; * Monitor IT solutions to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Requirements Education * Completed MBA or postgraduate degree in Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related IT and/or business fields. Experience * Over 5 years of experience in this role, preferably within construction companies and/or real estate developers. Required Skills * Resilience and proactivity in problem solving; * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills; * Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies; * Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and process documentation; * Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, technical teams, and business units; * Knowledge of system architecture. Desired Skills * Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
