EDUCATION: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Geological Engineering, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or Environmental Management. RESPONSIBILITIES: Gain experience and practical skills in hydrogeological and hydrogeochemical studies, focusing on data compilation and analysis, and development of conceptual and numerical flow and transport models. Assist in compiling and interpreting data for preparing conceptual model reports and constructing potentiometric maps. Support numerical hydrogeological modeling activities (FEFLOW and Visual MODFLOW). * MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Availability to intern for 1 year. * PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency in GIS tools (QGIS and ArcGIS); Knowledge of hydrogeological modeling software: MODFLOW (preferred), FEFLOW (preferred); Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred); Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office, Windows, and the Internet; Intermediate English (preferred).
