Focus on performance management, data, and strategy **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 15-minute break **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship Support the Performance Manager in gathering, organizing, and analyzing information related to the cooperative's indicators and results. Assist in preparing management presentations and performance monitoring materials. Contribute to building and updating performance reports and monitoring dashboards. Track progress of departmental tasks, ensuring information organization and deadline compliance. Support data consolidation from various sources, facilitating analysis and decision-making. Collaborate with the department in preparing materials for meetings, forums, and strategic presentations. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Excel or spreadsheet tools (basic formulas, data organization, and tables). Familiarity with data analysis and performance indicators. Ability to organize information and structure reports. Basic knowledge of PowerPoint or presentation tools. Strong written communication and organizational skills to support the preparation of management materials. Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented profile.
