**Infosys Brasil** is seeking professionals with the profile of **Innovation Analyst** to join our team.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience executing R&D&I projects, implementing new technologies, or conducting tests at prototype, pilot, or industrial scale.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Ability to operate in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders and varying levels of maturity.
* Desired behavioral skills: clear communication, organization, planning, analytical thinking, collaboration, and adaptability.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desirable Knowledge):**
* Experience in the mining sector or heavy industry.
**Key Activities and Responsibilities:**
* Plan and coordinate change management activities related to test execution (prototype, pilot, and industrial), ensuring alignment between Operations and R&D&I.
* Identify internal and external stakeholders and support engagement strategies to facilitate participation, adoption, and reduction of resistance.
* Prepare operational areas to receive and execute tests by conducting communications, trainings, briefings, and clearly defining roles.
* Monitor change management metrics and indicators, reporting results, challenges, and progress to leadership.
* Develop and implement communication plans reinforcing test objectives, risks, and expectations.
* Monitor organizational risks and propose mitigation actions related to culture, behavior, processes, and interfaces.
* Collect feedback from involved teams and consolidate learnings to strengthen technological maturity of tests.
* Facilitate workshops, meetings, and alignment sessions among R&D&I, Operations, and partner areas.
* Document and standardize best practices for replication in future tests.
* Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring fluidity and transparency across areas.
* Ensure safety, reliability, and operational requirements are considered in change management across all stages.
* Update the MOC (Management of Change), structuring steps for technical changes impacting safety, environment, reliability, compliance, or operational costs.
