This professional will provide second- to third-level technical support to users, capable of diagnosing and resolving medium- to high-complexity issues. **Responsibilities:** * Act as the designated portfolio’s client contact point; * Manage LAN/WAN networks; * Manage and administer virtualization platforms (VMware and Hyper\-V); * Manage, monitor, and implement new systems and projects; * Plan and execute equipment replacements, contract renewals, and warranty extensions; * Manage backups using Backup Exec and Azure; * Provide technical support for applications and servers; * Monitor and mitigate vulnerabilities across networks, servers, and applications; * Monitor maintenance of UPS units and fire suppression systems; * Organize and label structured cabling; * Promote continuous infrastructure improvement by identifying and correcting critical points; * Participate in IT projects and infrastructure planning; * Support the implementation of standard operating policies and procedures; * Assist company users with technical issues; * Diagnose and resolve medium- to high-complexity issues; * Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve more complex issues, providing technical guidance and instructions; * Maintain updated and organized technical documentation; * Ensure data integrity and confidentiality; **Requirements:** * Technical course in Computer Science or ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in IT, Information Systems, Networks, or related infrastructure fields; * Advanced knowledge of backup solutions, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper\-V), IT infrastructure, network and communication protocols, IT projects, and information security; * Advanced or fluent English (conversation required); * Certifications: ITIL, COBIT (a plus); * Willingness to travel; **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Life insurance * Meal allowance (R$29.81 per day) * Transportation allowance or Fuel assistance * Gympass benefit * Day Off * Belo Horizonte \- MG * 40 hours per week
