Job Summary: Operational Performance Analyst responsible for developing dashboards, identifying trends, analyzing delivery effectiveness, monitoring KPIs, and optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Develop operational performance dashboards and reports. 2. Identify trends in customer data and operational costs. 3. Monitor KPIs and optimize operational management processes. \- Develop dashboards and reports to track operational performance and the target portfolio. \- Identify **t**rends and patterns in customer databases, operational costs, direct and indirect costs, and strategic indicators. \- Analyze delivery effectiveness in the Acessórias system and propose improvements. \- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for management. \- Review and optimize processes for tracking operational management rituals. \- Collaborate with HR to ensure reliability and alignment of target portfolio metrics. Technical Requirements: * Proven experience in cost calculation and analysis. * Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, macros). * Knowledge of managerial reporting and dashboard development.
