Tahto is us! #soutahto **Responsibilities and duties** * Collect and analyze HR-related information through various HR systems; * Propose and monitor innovation projects for the People Department structure within the People Directorate; * Manage HR projects focused on employee experience; * Deliver corporate performance presentations to Managers and Directors; * Analyze data and identify improvement opportunities to support managerial decision-making; * Prepare reports using analytical tools such as KPIs and performance indicators; * Monitor absenteeism and turnover; * Manage, control, and validate HR budgetary costs; * Conduct diagnostics and strategic studies to improve outcomes; * Audit corporate processes; * Track market trends by benchmarking the company’s practices against industry standards; * Support headcount structure studies; * Engage with internal departments, group companies, and competitors to exchange knowledge and best practices, aligning opportunities for process improvement; * Propose process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency; * Develop and monitor reports, processes, and KPIs for the department; * Design, implement, and monitor communication campaigns for the People Administration area; * Monitor and manage SISWEBSOL operations; * Perform other duties related to this role. **Requirements and qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION** * Knowledge of project management routines and process monitoring; * Familiarity with FPW payroll system (desirable); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as other data presentation systems; * Knowledge of labor legislation (desirable). **Behavioral skills:** * Organization and planning; * Negotiation; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Systems thinking; * Proactivity; * Communication. **Additional information** Benefits: Childcare allowance per child up to age 5; Special needs child allowance—no age limit; Health and dental insurance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal and/or food vouchers; PPR—Profit Sharing Program; Wellhub (Wellness platform); Partnerships with diverse companies (e.g., educational institutions, language schools, etc.); Benefit eligibility is subject to specific conditions communicated upon hiring. **WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
