The **HR** team requires a Human Resources Analyst to perform activities in people management, including recruitment and selection, training and development, job classification and compensation, as well as supporting the development, revision, and implementation of procedures such as internal communications, organizational events, onboarding training, helping align HR policies with Bridge’s strategy. Responsibilities include: * Managing the entire Recruitment and Selection process; * Supporting the hiring process; * Managing the full Onboarding and integration process for new employees, including preparation of welcome kits; * Maintaining up-to-date employee records and data; * Managing the Feedz platform; * Drafting corporate announcements; * Collaborating—alongside the immediate supervisor and area coordinator—on implementing initiatives focused on employee wellness and quality of life, as well as supporting the organization of internal and external events (monthly birthdays, social gatherings, gift purchases), contributing to maintaining and continuously improving organizational climate; * Supporting execution of the performance evaluation program, managing employee information; * Assisting in conducting the Organizational Climate Survey and other internal surveys, including data consolidation; * Supporting the immediate leadership on matters inherent to the HR function, identifying and discussing issues and irregularities to inform procedural definitions and actions; * Participating occasionally in audits; * Promoting company culture; * Generating and presenting departmental metrics, such as Turnover and SLA; * Acting as a Business Partner for operational and back-office leadership; * Supporting OKR management; * Supporting the development of departmental processes. **Prerequisites:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources; * Generalist HR experience, including exposure to various HR subsystems; * Intermediate Excel; Intermediate PowerPoint; Basic SharePoint; * Familiarity with labor legislation; * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by constant change; * Strong time management skills, self-directed work style, and proactive attitude. **Desirable:** * Prior experience in engineering-sector companies; * Postgraduate degree in People Management or related fields; * Experience recruiting and selecting technical professionals, such as designers and engineers; * Knowledge of Feedz and Inhire tools. **Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package:** * Flash Card (flexible food or meal allowance); * Transportation voucher; * Health and dental plans with no monthly fee; * Group life insurance; * Semi-annual Profit Sharing Program (PLR), based on company goal achievement; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Starbem; * Partnerships with educational institutions (PUC, Ânima Group, Instituto do Minere, Fundação Dom Cabral, Fundação Getulio Vargas); * Language school partnership — Open English. **Work Schedule \| Work Model:** * 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday * Hybrid model: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
