




**Junior Generalist HR Analyst (São Paulo – Brás)** Company seeks a generalist HR professional to strategically and operationally support Personnel Department routines and assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute hiring, termination, and legal compliance tasks (eSocial, CAGED, RAIS). * Manage time tracking, hour banks, and labor-related incidents. * Support payroll closing and submission of data to accounting. * Administer employee benefits. * Conduct recruitment and selection, onboarding, and training. * Support performance management and employee development programs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Experience in Personnel Department and HR operational routines. * Knowledge of labor legislation, eSocial, and time tracking systems. * Prior experience in recruitment & selection and training is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems. **Offer:** * Competitive salary, meal allowance R$40/day + transportation allowance, and growth opportunities. * Standard business hours; on-site position in Brás.
