Job Summary: The Fleet Analyst will be responsible for the operational control of fleets, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost optimization through maintenance management and monitoring of key performance indicators. Analysis of operational indicators for continuous improvement The Fleet Analyst will be responsible for the operational control of fleets, working to ensure vehicle efficiency, safety, availability, and preservation. This professional will play a strategic role in monitoring operational indicators, controlling maintenance activities, and supporting fleet management, thereby contributing to cost optimization and continuous process improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze vehicle checklist completion indicators, ensuring compliance and adherence to established standards; * Track, control, and manage traffic fines, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and timely actions; * Control and monitor implementation of the 5S methodology across fleets, promoting organization, vehicle preservation, and standardization; * Enter service orders (SOs) into the fleet management system; * Monitor vehicle odometer readings, identifying deviations, trends, and opportunities for improvement; * Schedule, control, and monitor fleet maintenance activities according to preventive maintenance plans; * Collaborate with partner workshops to oversee service execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, maintenance quality, and compliance with defined plans; * Support fleet management through preparation of reports, controls, and operational indicators. **Desired Qualifications:** * Prior experience in fleet management or control; * Knowledge of vehicle preventive maintenance; * Familiarity with fleet management systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel at intermediate or advanced level; * Strong organizational skills, time management ability, and decision-making capability; * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills for interaction with workshops and internal departments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with fleet performance indicators (KPIs); * Experience implementing or improving preventive maintenance processes; * Knowledge of telematics and vehicle tracking systems; * Data analysis skills oriented toward reducing operational costs and increasing fleet efficiency.
